While we’re not professional restorers and can’t guarantee results, we take great care with every hat. Why Refresh Your Hat

Over time, sun exposure, moisture, and everyday wear can cause felt or wool hats to lose their form. Our professional hat steamer gently restores structure, removes wrinkles, and refreshes the finish — all without harsh chemicals or damage.

We can help with:

• Steaming out light creases or dents
• Removing surface dust and marks
• Giving your hat that “new again” feel

A Friendly Note

While we take great care and treat every hat as if it were our own, we’re not professional hat restorers, and therefore cannot guarantee results or take responsibility for any damage that may occur during the refresh process. Each hat is unique — some older or delicate pieces may respond differently to steam and handling.

Before You Visit

As our steaming service depends on staff availability, we kindly ask customers to call ahead on (08) 8339 1341 before bringing in their hat. This helps us make sure a team member trained on the steamer is available to assist you when you arrive.

Pop into Shop 4, 48 Mount Barker Road, Stirling SA 5152, and we’ll happily take a look at your hat in person. Most light refreshes can be done while you browse our latest spring/summer arrivals — from Stetson hats and Mr Simple shirts to Neuw Denim, NN07, and Ringers Western.

Each visit is a chance to give your favourite hat a little extra life — and maybe find something new to pair with it.
