Delivery

We do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible, and aim to ship within 1-3 business days of the order being placed. This excludes any pre order items, and during peak trading times or sale periods, there may be some delays.

If you require your order urgently, please upgrade to Express Shipping.

We use Australia Post tracked parcel post for most orders, and sometimes a courier for bulky items.

We ship from postcode 5152.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email a confirmation with all the tracking details.

Please double check your address is correct at checkout.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.

We cannot guarantee processing arrival times during peak periods.

Shipping Costs

Postage in Australia is expensive, so we are here to share the load.

We charge a flat rate of $12.95 for shipping anywhere in Australia standard shipping. 

We offer free local pickup at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping in Australia for orders over $200

INSTORE COLLECTION You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Orders are packed offsite and will not be ready immediately. You will need to present a copy of your order confirmation either as a screen shot or a print out at the time of collection.

PLEASE NOTE: If you need your order shipped and select Instore Collection in error, you will incur a flat rate cost of $12.95 to have your parcel shipped. This excludes any bulky items which are subject to possible bulky item charges outlined below.

The additional charge covers our administration time to follow this up, as well as additional payment fees incurred for multiple transactions. Please choose your shipping method carefully and only select instore collection if you are intending to collect your order in our store.

Additional postage costs

Some of our larger items are bulky and heavy and therefor excluded from these flat rate prices and will incur additional postage charges.

In the event that you purchase a combination of items that become what we deem a bulky and heavy package, there may also be additional postage charges applicable.

This is determined by a combination of the parcel weight and size and your location. We always do our best to secure the best rate possible for you, and we absorb shipping costs where possible to make it as affordable as possible for you too.

If you purchase a bulky item, you will checkout as normal and we will contact you after with an invoice for the additional shipping.

The possibility for additional postage rates for bulky items are clearly stated on this page. Unfortunately we cannot cancel and refund an order for this reason.

We use a combination of Australia Post and couriers for all shipping.

Once we have shipped the item and it is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. 

We currently do not offer insurance on our shipping.

Whilst we will do everything in our power to assist should items become lost or damaged in transit, Max Milan Stirling is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.

Combining orders

We cannot guarantee that we are able to combine shipping on any separate orders you make, due to a combination of factors. Please note if you would like any items shipped together ensure they are in the same order. Subsequent orders made will incur separate shipping charges.

 Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns 

Customers are responsible for returns shipping charges. We do not offer free shipping for returns.
